Returns & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please email:

Include your order number in the subject line.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

2. Returns (Food & Consumable Products)

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products.

However, we will gladly replace or refund your order if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The packaging is defective

  • The product is expired upon delivery

You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

3. Damaged During Delivery

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Take photos immediately.

  2. Keep all packaging.

  3. Contact us within 24 hours.

We will assess and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

4. Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Processing time:

  • Bank Transfer: 3–7 business days

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days

  • PromptPay: 3–5 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened food products

  • Used sachets

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Orders shipped outside Thailand
